Thank you for taking the time to complete our online register. As per the guidelines set out by the government of Namibia, all public institutions are required to maintain registers of persons entering premises as part of tracking COVID-19.
Please note that Cornerstone Tabernacle will only allow registered persons to attend our church services, as we partner the government in this fight against COVID-19.
